The Wet Pass is valid for one year. The expiry of the Wet Pass is reflected on the card and renewal is not automatic.

The Wet Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
|
| 3. |
The Wet Pass Holder is entitled to enjoy free and unlimited access to Wild Wild Wet and its facilities for a period of one year.
|
| 4. |
The Wet Pass must be produced prior to admission to Wild Wild Wet. Identification cards may be requested at the Park entrance for verification purposes.
|
| 5. |
The privileges and discounts of the Wet Pass are governed by the terms and conditions set by Wild Wild Wet and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the discretion of the Management.
|
| 6. |
The Management reserves the right to accept or reject an application without disclosing the reasons.
|
| 7. |
The Management reserves the right to revoke, cancel or terminate the Wet Pass if there is a breeach of terms and conditions. These Wet Pass Holders will not be entitled to any refund in the event of termination.

| 8. |
The Wet Pass Holder shall inform the Management in writing immediately of any loss, theft of his/her Wet Pass and also of any change of address. A replacement card will be issued at a cost of $10.00.

| 9. |
Defaced cards will be deemed null and void. Kindly contact our Guest Relations Office at 6581 9128 for a replacement card. An administrative charge of $10 will be levied.

| 10. |
The Management shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to property whatsoever or any bodily injury, death or illness of any guests however caused, sustained or incurred and arising out of/ or any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of any of the rides, equipment and/or facilities of Wild Wild Wet.

| 11. |
Any First Aid or medical treatment provided by Wild Wild Wet at its expense shall be discretionary and on a compassionate basis only. In no event should the provision of such First Aid or medical treatment tantamount to an admission of liability by Wild Wild Wet for any injury sustained.

| 12. |
The Management shall not be responsible or liable for any compensation arising out of bad weather or inconvenience from an act of God or closure of any ride for maintenance.
|
| 13. |
The Management reserves the right to close the Park for a day or certain time of a day for private functions. Notices of such closures will be advertised in the newspapers and Wild Wild Wet’s website.
|
| 14. |
Please be informed that existing cash value and Funkey! points from your existing Funkey! card can only be transferred to one Wet Pass and it must be done before you top-up cash into your Wet Pass.
